Steps to follow to order a laser cut or engraving:

Download the instructions for creating the file. If you have any questions you can contact us
Send an e-mail with your Autocad file to info@maquetistes.com, indicating the material and thickness in which you want your order to be made and approximately what day you need it by. If you also provide us with a telephone number, we can contact you more easily when resolving possible questions.
You will receive an email with the quote (which includes the price of the material and the cutting and/or engraving) and the delivery date. Once you accept it, we will proceed to place your order, which you can pick up at the indicated store.

Frequent questions:

How long will it take for my order to be prepared?
Normally it is possible to receive cuts and/or engravings within 24/48 hours from acceptance of the quote. However, the time can be extended coinciding with the accumulation of orders that occurs during the delivery periods of end-of-course projects at schools and universities and, therefore, we advise sending the files that you want to order with a margin of time. as large as possible to avoid delays in deliveries.
When ordering laser cutting or engraving, is the material included?
Yes. We provide the material, which is included in the budget. But there is the possibility of cutting or engraving material provided by the client. In this case, when requesting a quote it is necessary to inform about the material in question to guarantee the possibility of carrying out the cutting or engraving correctly in our facilities.
What can I do if it will not be used or I do not have access to the Autocad program?
If you come to our store and tell us what you want to do, we can draw your order in Autocad or transfer it from another format to make the desired cutting and/or engraving possible.
